Bottom Furnace
1. Working mechanism
The trolley furnace is a batch type operation furnace. The
structure of the car bottom furnace: the furnace bottom is a
movable trolley.
Before heating, the trolley is charged outside the furnace, and the
work parts are placed on a support iron, and then the trolley is
pulled into the furnace by the traction mechanism for heating.
After heating, the trolley is pulled out of the furnace by the
traction mechanism for unloading. Or use a crane to lift the heated
workpiece to the forging equipment for processing.

3.Structure Introduction
The shell of this series of electric furnace is welded with steel
plate and section steel, and the bottom of the furnace body is
connected with the trolley light rail. Users do not need basic
installation, but only need to put it on the flat cement ground.
3.1 furnace body
The furnace body steel structure is made from 8# -12#U steel and
steel plates.
3.2 furnace lining
The lining material is 1200℃ high aluminum refractory fibre
compacted block. The thickness of the high temperature refractory
layer is of 355mm.
3.3 bogie
The bogie is comprised of heat preservation material, bogie frame
and moving mechanism. The refractory layer is divided into 3
sub-layers, i.e., 1st top high-alumina brick layer, and 2nd and 3rd
layer with both light clay bricks.
3.4 sealing
The sealing between the bogie and the furnace body adopts a
refractory fiber sealing block, which is pressed by an electric
cylinder lever, and works in conjunction with the electric cylinder
of the furnace door.
3.5 furnace door
The furnace door is comprised of all-fiber lining and steel
structure shell. The door is built with silicate aluminum
compressed fiber blocks same as that for the furnace body.
3.6 burning system
The burning system is comprised of Krom high speed burners,
proportional combustion control system, gas valve, solenoid valve,
burner control box, etc.
3.7 control system
The control cabinet is controlled by electric button, and anti
overturning device is installed to ensure convenient use.
Note:The furnace for heat treatment system adopts energy saving
fiber cotton as furnace lining, and the energy-saving effect is
more obvious, up to about 30%.
